Bu yıl ilk kez verilecek Selçuk Yaşar Ödülü, yeniliği, toplumsal faydayı ve geleceğin Türkiye’sini hedefleyen cesur insanların çalışmalarını kutlamayı, başarılarını tüm Türkiye’ye duyurmayı ve Türkiye’den dünyaya açılan yeni hayallere güç vermeyi hedefliyor.

PIONEERING OF SELÇUK YAŞAR

He is the Founder and Honorary President of Yaşar University, which is founded in 2001 and has more than 10,000 students as well as Yaşar Group, comprising 22 companies and 2 foundations and employing 7500 people. Selçuk Yaşar, who started his professional life in his father’s workshop, founded Turkey’s first paint factory DYO in 1954. In the next few years he has invested in various pioneering industries in Turkey.
